The work that they do is phenomenal, it is unfortunate that the corporate strategy does not support the efforts of the individual shops.

Again, through no fault of their own, this location is understaffed and that makes it difficult for them to provide the experience a customer expects. However, these problems need to be addressed at the corporate level and they aren't being addressed.

The work was very very well done. the car looks brand new. It took quite a while, about a month, but I won't fault for that because it could have easily been due to insurance or suppliers
