Horrible experience yet again. Second time getting car fixed here. First time about 2-3 years ago and have paperwork saying my window was replaced however it wasn’t. There are scratches on the window that match the scratches from initial accident. Car was repainted then and the color is off. This accident was told wheel would be replaced but it took 3-4 wheels for a brand new wheel to be put on. Was lied to by Gerber and Midas employees. Constantly given the run around. Overall horrible experience!

Horrible experience yet again at Gerber. Needed a wheel replaced and they tried to put on an even worse wheel than what was currently on. Had to go to Midas to get wheel on since Gerber does not have the correct tools to put a tire on a wheel. Went to Midas 2 separate times to get wheel put on. Given the run around constantly. Had an appointment set thru Gerber to go to Midas at 4 and sat til 10 of closing (4:50) before car being brought inside to have a ten minute issue fixed. Was given the old wheel back however it’s not the wheel that I had on my car they gave me the wheel that was ordered and worse than my wheel. I have pictures to prove everything. Sat for over 45 minutes to get wheel put on when appointment was scheduled. Wheel they gave me was not the one on my car they gave me one of the refurbished ones they tried putting on my car and I told them I would not accept it bc it was damaged even worse. Noticed when leaving my door handle is loose now too when I had no issue with the door handle.

Everyone I encountered was absolutely wonderful. They were polite and helpful, everything was done as quickly as i assume is possible and the process of dropping off and picking up my car and getting my rental was seamless. Gerber was definitely the highlight of my car getting hit.
