I had an unusual situation w/a private pay. The party paying was, admittedly annoying to deal with. However they took it on me w/their attitude. For example, when I asked "what is the final total?" Kayla said "I already gave it to you and the other lady." All I had at that point was the estimate--which is not a final total--and it had actually increased by $17 b/c the cost of a part changed. My point is: she may have been annoyed w/someone who was high anxiety and high maintenance but her job is custimer service. Develop se coping skills to deal w/people like that, don't take it out on other people or don't sit at the front desk
