We chose your shop against another recommendation by the negligent party's insurance because you did work for us previously. We appreciate it that you fitted us into your schedule since we were leaving for vacation. However, when we dropped the vehicle off to your shop I asked my husband if I should remove my USB cable that I use for music from the glovebox. He told me no one would bother to take it so I left it there. When I picked the car up that cable was the first thing I went for and it was gone. I told your manager and he said they would not have taken it so it was my word against his. It cost me $19 to buy a new cable so I could listen to my music. I am not happy!
