Just got to get better and go over the vehicle making it sure it was properly cleaned.

Repair Quality

The repair work looked good. The person that cleaned the inside of the truck had white spots on the seat, mirrors and windows had a haze and smear marks, and the inside of the front window had white marks on bottom corners and I'm not sure if I can get off especially it was a brand new window. There was white spots all over rims of wheels and the floor mat was soaked with a purple wet solution and made the mat very slippery. Cleaning must be done better instead of halfway done.

Mike was great. When I received my car, I wanted some changes and he took care of me right away. Everyone one there was friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to others.

My Experience

Penn argyl pa Gerber collision center was awsome, they went above and beyond to get my car back to me. Due to the current time my car was taken there to Penn Argyl pa center. They had a overload of vehicles so my vehicle was sent to a neighboring gerber collision center in Bath, pa. What a mistake....2.5 months later I finally got my car back. They dropped the ball and put everything easier to fix first until I stopped by my origin location of repair in Penn Argyl pa. Upon me walking in they made things work and put progress in motion, which Gerber in Bath, pa couldn't do. Lack of communicating from the Bath collision center... thank God the Penn Argyl staff made everything come together. Thank you Penn Argyl, pa collision center... Bath, Pa.... go find a hole in the ground and don't come back.

I've used your facility in Bath, PA several times over the years. I've always been pleased with the care and results of your workmanship and quality of work you provided. Recently, about April 1st. or about, I had a VERY minor accident resulting minor damage to the back area of my bumper and rear body damage. When the repairs where completed, the delivery of my vehicle back to me was arranged. I'm 78 years old, and a 100% disabled Vietnam army veteran who served in Vietnam. When my suburban was returned to me, I was satisfied with the repair work, BUT, the vehicle was retuerned to me in a very state of exterior AND interior street dirt and grim. In the past, Gerber ALWAYS return my vehicles in a pristine, clean condition, both, with the exterior work, but, also, in a clean interior and exterior of the vehicle. This is what I expected and was willing to pay for, it's the FULL service I received in the past. BUT, this time the vehicle came back to me dirty with both the interior and exterior in a dirty condition. In my past experiences with Gerber, the vehicle always came back well repaired, but, also SPARCLING CLEAN, INSIDE AND OUT!!! This was NOT what was returned to me this time. As I filed my complaint to my local Gerber shop, I was told BY THEIR MANAGEMENT, that they have been VERY busy and apologized for these issues. Yes, that was appreciated, but, IT NEVER SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED!!!! I was VERY upset and refused to sign for my vehicle until the deficiencies were corrected, which was done and the vehicle returned the following day. BUT, my issue is, WHY DID THIS HAPPEN in the first place!!!! From what I can determine from what was said to me was that they were 'extremely busy'. Well, good for them, more profits, BUT, not so good for me!!! I'd appreciate a official, corporate response regarding this less than acceptable experience. Thank you. Richard Cortright, a 100% disabled Vietnam in country war veteran!!!!

The staff at Gerber are incredibly professional, friendly, and kind. This was my second time bringing my car to them, and it was because I had such a great experience the first time. I would recommend them to anyone!

We never received phone calls with updates. If we wanted an update, we had to call. One of the main reasons we are not going to recommend is because the repairs were not completed in its entirety the first time.

When the car was dropped off, I was told every Tuesday and Thursday phone calls are made to customers with updates. I never once received a call. I was the one calling to get updates. The first time we came to pick it up we discovered much of the work wasn’t even completed. The woman who came out, I believe Heather, made excuses as to why the repairs weren’t made. She was not taking the initiative to rectify the situation and come to a resolution. We needed to insist that the problem areas were all part of the original damage, noted on the appraisal that she did, and also on the work order. We requested a manager who was not in the office at the time. When I came to pick it up the second time, Carl was sitting in his office right inside the main doors. I waited for 5 minutes and was not helped until I went over to ask him.

Initially great communication though with delays I was no longer being provided with updates. Had to text or call at least twice or three times to see when it would be done.
