The problem that I found was not that Carl in any way shape or form did not perform his duties. He did and did a great job, but the people before him did not do their jobs. We were never asked for for permission for repair. As I understand Carl's job he only gets the car to work on after this process has been finished. The people who came before Carl failed to do their job. Would have left the company open to very large lawsuits if we did not in the end get the result that we wanted. There were unfortunately a multitude of mistakes made throughout the process. Most of them were made before Carl got to the repair process.and they were made by by Amica inputting the wrong threshold value into the Gerber System. Carl's conduct and Carl's ability in my opinion is beyond reproach. He did a great job. The problem that Gerber has is that it does not have the same operating procedures from from company to company. Each branch seems to operate differently even though it should not.. there should be fail safes to make sure that cars are not worked on before permissions are asked for.

Even though you repaired my car. It should never have been repaired and was finally totaled, so I never actually saw how well you prepared the car.

Carl was extremely helpful getting the answer that I wanted for the car. It was sad that the process was not the same as other Gerber stores and that he was given the car before. We had ever been asked if we wanted it repaired and we never gave permission for it to be repaired at all.

From initial call to set up estimate through repair work being completed, all of the staff at Gerber were professional, knowledgeable, and the quality of work done on my car was exceptional! Although no one wants to need the services of a collision repair facility, I knew from past experiences with Gerber, and specifically this location in Bath, PA., that my vehicle was in the hands of competent & superior repair specialists! This is my first time having an accident(Deer) and the staff there are nice and welcoming at the Bath Pa location. Took a few weeks to have my front passenger side repaired which was expected especially that bad weekend we had with the snow storm but my car was all finished and they cleaned the inside etc of my car and now that was very impressive. I like those people over there..Great job
