Body work is well done, but their ability to estimate time and inability to order parts in advance extends customer time without vehicle. They’ve replaced the windshield three times to deal with mirror issues and now the heads up display is blurry, likely due to an incompatible generic windshield.

There were several scratches on the car that had to be fixed at another dealer/service shop.

It took 2 phone calls to get the estimate sent to my insurance company (even after being told it was sent). There was very little communication outside of a text once or twice a week while it was being repaired. On the day it was supposed to be complete, I had to call at 4 pm and find out that the windshield had been shattered during repairs; no one called to give me a heads up.

We were extremely impressed with the services you provided. I don’t have one bad thing to say. Our vehicle was even completed almost a week sooner than anticipated. It was returned cleaned from the inside and out. I was very happy with everything. I would for sure recommend gerber to anyone and I would for return if I ever needed work done again!!!
