They did a good job with repairing my truck but one side of the truck was covered with grass Looks like some was mowing grass and sprayed the with grass. I expected the would come back clean.

My truck was returned not completely put back together, still has glass shards everywhere including stuck to the paint, scratches in the paint still and there is a rattle sound in my steering wheel when I drive it now.

As an overall nation wide company I would probably recommend them but I would not recommend the beaver dam location.

The job done on my truck was not very professional. There’s shards of glass all over my truck including stuck to the paint. Parts were not fixed or fully reassembled. Scratch in the paint were not fixed. There was sanding dust left all over it. I was in a time crunch when I picked it up so I was not able to look it over until I got home otherwise I wouldn’t haven even brought it home.

Paint looks good. Body lines on fender dont match up properly. Truck was completed and fender flares were not reinstalled properly. Items that were damaged during the accident were not replaced even after it was brought up to management after I noticed the items weren't on the estimate. And now my truck is at a 3rd party shop being repaired for a cracked radiator that the mechanics never checked into.

5 down the middle. Spencer would receive a 1 from me completely dissatisfied. Told me he didnt notice tire damage after inspection that I deliberately pointed out. Then proceeded to tell me my radiator leak must've been a coincidence because they didn't see "visible" damage. Yet told me he had noticed antifreeze leaks while it was in the shop. So rather than pressure test, they said it was all good and sent my truck out with absolutely no antifreeze in it. Jessica Hudson however. Superstar. Drove her personal car to pick me up while I was stranded on the side of the road. She would get a 100/10 if possible and squared away the rental for me
