You have a very good and seamless collaboration with American Family Insurance. The estimating process was fast and well communicated through e-mail correspondence. I appreciated the ability to schedule via e-mail correspondence and then the after hours drop off using secure key drop box worked very well with our schedules. The e-mailed status updates with regular phone message confirming the e-mailed status updates was amazing. The completion was way ahead of the estimated completion, THANK YOU!.
