Initial repair time 4 days. Rented car for 4 days. Received text saying car won’t be done for 6 more days. Called and they said that’s just worst case scenario and car will be done sooner. Called them and they said ordered wrong bumper. Received car on worst case scene to date. Asked if the could possibly pay a couple days rental and the said no. Not happy with the way they do business.

Absolutely NOT. It was like pulling teeth to get them to start the initial job. And then to get the car back with new damage (2 paint chips on the driver's side), swirls in the paint job, and a dirty headliner. Then another 4 weeks before they started the fix, with me having to contact them repeatedly. I will tell anyone to stay away from Gerber.

They did a great job and if the finish date was going to be pushed back, I received a text that would let me know. I also had a guy call to explain the glass piece waa hard to find but he would keep looking, which I appreciated.

Overall experience was very good. The only minor issue that I had was constantly being told that vehicle would be ready by a certain date, but when the date came, I would be contacted and provided with another ready date that would come and pass as well but would never be given any specific details related to the continual delays.
