The process was good, they even offered to drop my vehicle off at home. The issue was that they dropped it off at the wrong address.

I’m so thankful, thrilled as well as grateful that I chose Gerber Collision to have my car repaired after the March 10th tornado. They were super busy occupied and in knowing there were other customers that had more serious damage done to their vehicles, I was as patient with them in fulfilling the work order as they assured me they would get the job completed. I was told to bring my car in on Monday, July 13, 2026 and repairs were completed on Friday, July 17. My car looks as if it were brand new and I am more than pleased to say Gerber went above and beyond. Lindsay, at the front desk in person and over the phone was always cordial, kind, patient and most professional. Everyone that I encountered via phone or in person were the very best and especially when I asked questions. They were courteous, patient and just as professional and respectful. There was never a moment that anyone in that office or shop was not kind or disrespectful due to the volume of calls or repairs facing them and they indeed had a plethora of customers after the storm. A very special thank you and kudos to Donnie Life from the initial meeting and time in between, was the greatest estimator that I’ve ever experienced or encountered in the car business!! The paint either had dirt in it or bubbles. Also has that orange peel look to it. Not as good as the last job I had done there where the paint job looked like it came right out of the factory.
