They did a good job keeping me update on progress. The Avalon looks great . They replacement of back bumper, the front grill , and fixed the front right fender. They also cleaned the floor mats that I have been meaning to get to. I went there once before back in 2021. Still a happy customer.

I am very disappointed with the service I received. After the work was completed, there were several defects and issues that clearly needed to be corrected. When I brought these concerns to their attention, they repeatedly dismissed them as “minor” and refused to take responsibility for fixing them. Instead of addressing the problems professionally, they became defensive and upset when we pointed out that the job had not been completed properly. They even stated that they would not do any work they were not being paid for, despite the fact that the requested repairs were related to work they had already been paid to complete correctly in the first place. Good customer service means standing behind your work and making things right when issues arise. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would not recommend this company based on how they handled legitimate concerns after the job was completed.
