I didn't like that I had to put aftermarket parts on my car that was hit and damaged by someone else and that it was supposed to be done in a day and it took almost a week.

The body and paint work itself turned out well. However, my paint-matched door edge guard that was damaged in the accident was not replaced. I was told the part could not be located or is discontinued. After doing my own research, I was able to find the exact paint-matched part myself, and my insurance approved the cost to get it replaced elsewhere.

While the primary repairs were completed, I was disappointed in the follow-through regarding sourcing a damaged exterior part. After being told it may be discontinued, I found it available through the dealership website. I believe thorough part verification and full restoration are important aspects of customer service

Everything was really easy to set up with Lindsey and Donnie through State Farm. Donnie and the team did an excellent job assembling the parts needed and repairing my vehicle ahead of schedule.
