Everyone at Gerber in Bourbonnais was super friendly, helpful and transparent. They handled me with care and professionalism. my first contact at Gerber was with Donnie and he was awesome! He walked me through every step of the process, including insurance and with the car rental company. I greatly appreciate his above and beyond customer service. Lindsey was also a great asset to this process by being communicative and kind. Gerber had also gave my car a wash and a little cleaning on the inside, which was amazing to pick her up to. Overall, Geber Collision has superb customer service, a family like atmosphere and no bs. I would definitely recommend them for family and friends.
