Gerber Collision & Glass - Broken Arrow/Kenosha St

Overall, the repair got fixed. It just took longer than expected due to two “mishaps”. One was a faulty part that had to be re-ordered and sent back. I know that was not Gerber’s fault. But then there was some miscommunication between staff members and technicians where I was told my car would be ready on Tuesday afternoon. When I called to find out why I had not hear anything, the response I got was, “someone got confused on your pick up day because the technicians have you down for Wednesday not today.” So there appeared to be miscommunication or misunderstanding. Then Wednesday comes and I still have not heard anything so I call again…and got the manager who said he was about to call me to tell me about a little mishap in the shop. Something got too close to my car and the brand new bumper got nicked and had to be repaired. So now I had to wait another day. I realize all these things were not intentional but it was a bit frustrating for me to wait so long. The outside of the lift gate looks great. Inside, however, it was covered with dust. I dusted it off. I guess I was surprised it did not get dusted. I would have liked the inside to look as neat and clean as the outside. Overall, I was satisfied…just not completely satisfied. I was treated courteously throughout the process, which I really appreciated. Thank you.

Overall, I was pleased with the customer service and the repair. I would say it was GOOD - not VERY GOOD or EXCELLENT, but GOOD, which means I would feel OK recommending Gerber to someone else. I know others who recommended Gerber to me who were extremely happy with your service. Therefore, I would still send people your way - but would also share honestly about my experience as I have with you here.

Outside looked wonderful. There was a lot of dust inside the lift gate, however. I was expecting both the inside and outside to be pristine.

I was always treated with courtesy. There appeared to be some miscommunication, however, between front office staff and the technicians pertaining to the pick up date. According to one front staff member, pick up was Tuesday afternoon. According to technicians, it was some time the following day.

Joshua was wonderful to work with! He’s great with communicating and kept me up to date with my car. I had a difficult time with the insurance I was working with but he made it a lot easier. I will definitely come back if I need work done again!
