I had a great experience with Gerber Collision & Glass in Brunswick Ga. The team was friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the repair process. This is a great place! The people are so friendly and helpful and did a great job with my car. They made it so easy. I haven't had to take a car in anywhere for like 30 years and wasn't even sure how to go about it. They explained everything and made it simple, even how to file through the insurance company! They also didn't make me feel rushed or like I was a bother. I just can't find a way to explain how great they were to me. They kept me in the loop, I didn't feel like they were taking advantage of me in any way, and they were all just so nice and kind. They made me feel better that I wasn't a complete moron from how i damaged the car. They just kept reminding me, accisents happen!! Tyler even told me one of his accident stories to show how they dont judge and we're all people and accidents happen! If you ever have an accident or even just a minor defect on your car, go to Gerber. They are awesome!
