Body work and paint is excellent. Interior condition of vehicle at pickup, not so much. Spent 25 minutes wiping everything down before we could even sit in it. a couple of items didn't function because they were reassembled in a rush, and the sun visor was broken. Spent an hour and half cleaning the entire interior the next day. We understand broken glass will magically appear every now and then. When we dropped off vehicle for repair we were assured the interior would be clean.

Per a staff member, this is a high volume repair place. I feel like that they did not get this repair done as quickly as they could have. At the end of day 2 they told me that my vehicle was scheduled to be ready tor pick up in 5 days. By the end of day 3 I was told it would be an extra week. In my opinion, they should've known by the end of day one what needed to be done and how long it was going to take. I feel like that they did not look at my vehicle until the third day. That is unacceptable. Especially for someone who does not have insurance to be able to rent a vehicle to use. On the day of pick up it took four hours for them to clean my car with it being 2nd in line. And then I had to return the following week for a part that had not been delivered yet.
