Even though communication and expected completion date was not quite satisfactory, the body work looks great.

We took our truck Monday morning and were told that it would be ready for pickup Friday at 4:00. It wasn’t. We are not sure why it wasn’t. You shouldn’t give a date/time of completion to the customers when the vehicle is first brought in to GERBER.
