Everyone there made the process of getting my car fixed easy and stress free. I was able to get in quickly for initial estimate evaluation and my car was returned in great condition. The work they did looks great and you could never tell there had been prior damage. Each person I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable.

Gerber returned my car damaged. If Gerber decides to fix the damaged bumper I would probably change my mind.

I only give Gerber Collison a 2 because when I picked my car back up I failed to do a complete walk around and upon dropping the rental car off and walking back to my car I noticed that the bumper was damaged and it had been replaced so it should have looked brand new. Since I didn't notice the damage until after driving my car i just assumed I had to eat it and learn from my mistake in not doing a complete walk around before accepting my car when it has had repairs. My car was also backed into it's spot when I picked it up at Gerber so the damage wasn't visible upon walking up to it or in looking at the side that was damaged initially. I would have had to walk around the car to see it whereas in walking up to it normally from Hertz car rental the damage was glaring as it is 2 actual seperate punctures in the rear bumper. The only reason I even gave Gerber a 2 and not a 1 is because the people I talked to when I dropped my car off were very nice.
