The repairs were perfect; better than I expected. My only real concern was the length of time it took- 2 weeks for a simple fender bender! Mike did explain why it took so long. A good thing my insurance didn't have limit on the number of days that I could use a rental.

I was impressed with attention to details. The handling of the scratch in the tint during repair was dealt with a professional honest responsible manner that's rare to find. The painter is extremely talented as my car has a distinctive color which he was able to match to the original on the rest of the car. The overall experience was 5 star from the front desk to text updates to pick up!!
