They were absolutely amazing! From the time i walked in they were so genuinely interested in you personally . Very knowledgeable, informative and professional. Even helped with making things easier with the car rental and insurance . Rental came quickly right to the location and when my car was ready even earlier than expected could drop off right there at location . My car looks like new again ! I just love Gerber and especially Ben and Destiny ! Wouldn’t go anywhere else . Thankyou so much for everything!

Although the work completed on my Jeep was ultimately satisfactory, the customer service did not meet my expectations. My vehicle was at the shop for over three months, and I did not receive a single proactive update during that time. When I called for information, I was often given inaccurate details or told I would receive a return call that never came. I was also surprised to learn that my Jeep had been moved to another shop without my knowledge. While everything worked out in the end, I would have appreciated significantly more transparency and communication throughout the process.

Absolutely wonderful. Reception wasn’t the nicest but professional. Everything was good til last day. Wasn’t informed that repairs would take one day longer until I called on my way to pick it up. It is ok as thy were professional and explained what happened. I would definitely recommend especially on the quality of work is top notch!!! The estimator was wonderful to deal with!

Staff was great. The guy that worked on my car was wonderful. Came out and explained everything to me. Very nice people there. Very good job on vehicles. It’s my second vehicle repaired there within two months. They’re awesome.
