I brought my vehicle in for collision repair after hitting a deer. The repair took almost four weeks, which felt excessive for the scope of the damage, and was further delayed because the shop ordered the incorrect grille. Even after that amount of time, the vehicle was returned to me incomplete. I was told they still could not get ahold of my insurance company for approval to blend the paint into the hood, which they said was necessary. They released the vehicle anyway and stated they would call once they heard back. The quality of the work that was completed is very disappointing. The paint job is terrible, with heavy orange peel and visible swirl marks throughout. Overall attention to detail was poor, and the vehicle was not returned in the condition I expected. To their credit, communication through their text app was good. Other than that, it was not a great experience, and I will not be using this shop again.
