I understand that they couldn't fix the mechanical components because you are a body shop. So that's why I have to go somewhere else to finish the job completely

No complaints or concerns with the service received from Gerber Collision and Glass. I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and were patient with any questions that I did ask. The technicians that worked on my car did a fantastic job with my repairs. They cleaned my car as well, inside and out. Even the dead bugs that were between the glass and back seat shelf of my sedan! Fantastic job from start to finish on my repair. Thank you!
