Gerber did a fantastic job on the repair and the customer service is like I've never had with an auto body shop - timely, updated almost daily, and they worked really hard to have it done before our vacation. Thanks so much - I don't want to be back but I'm sure I will in the future!

When I brought my vehicle home after one week of repairing, there were chips in the paint that was not the original damage. I now have to return my car for a 2nd repair. It's an inconvenience. The staff is wonderful, however, and felt welcomed.
