Office staff had great communication and gave updates regularly as to what stage and how long car services would take. I also did an out of pocket fix on my car separate from insurance and the staff were great with communicating about those repairs as well

They did a very good repair job on my car, but of more importance to me was that they did the job just 2 days. I had some very important out of town meetings to attend and needed my car, so upon hearing of my situation they went out of their way to enable me to meet my deadlines. I am thankful for their extreme thoughtfulness.
