Everything was great, the only issue was one of my vehicles battery cable’s wasn't fully connected resulting in me taking it to a shop thinking there was something wrong with my car only to find out that was the issue. Other than that I was happy with the service, thank you.

The paint shop was down for over a week, so my car was just sitting there. Ot took over 2 weeks. It appears as though Gerber and the car rental places have a deal in place so extend rental times. So not impressed with the length of time for a simple quarter panel repair. When my car was finally done. I brought it home and immediately noticed my alarm calibration was messed up. I called Gerber that same day and was told they would arrange for someone to pick it up for a same day alarm recalibration. Well it's been over two weeks and shock of shocks I'm still waiting. I've called two additional times. The repair itself and the paint look great.(Only reason I rated a 5 and not a 1) Honestly though I would not chose Gerber for any future repairs, it's not worth the time or hassle.
