Unfortunately the repair is not final. There is an outstanding issue with the reinstall of roof rack on vehicle. Office manager is less than responsive. I have my vehicle back and took to two other repair facilities. Both said job is not done. I am extremely frustrated with the extended timeframe and lack of response.

Execellet service, and the repair to my hood and bumper was do e extremely well. Every step of the process was made as easy as could be. Gerber was the recommended collision repair shop through State Farm, and I was beyond impressed with the care and ease of the whole experience.
