Although the quality of the repair seems to be adequate so far, it took entirely too long for the repair process. I had to get special permission from the insurance company to extend the length of a car rental. If I had to pay for the rental out of my own pocket, I could not have used this company.

The repair quality was poor when i first came to pick up my vehicle but once it was redone the repair quality was great.

When i first came to pick up my vehicle the job wasn’t done correctly and of poor quality. I voiced my concerns with Tony and he apologized for the quality, made sure the bodywork was redone correctly, and made things right in the end. Shoutout to Tony for the amazing customer service.
