Aubrey did my intake and was so kind and patient with me. I was able to get the estimate the next day. The insurance took its time getting in their authorization to Gerber's. Seth started on it and had it apart, replaced what was damaged and back together, in a very timely fashion. They kept me updated on the progress of the work. It looks brand new outside and inside. Their technicians are fantastic and Gerber's has the up to date sensory testers to determine out of site damages to the technology, cars carry on them today. The staff was so kind and understanding. They managed the insurance paperwork so I didn't have to do any running around. I felt like family and that they were honest and capable to do a great job and did it even better than what i expectated.
