If you fixed it right the first time, that would have been great. But Travis told me USAA refused to pay for the hood alignment, which after discussing it with my USAA adjuster, turned out to be false. And the second attempt at fixing it right fell short AGAIN. As you tried to pass off the first second-rate repair as complete, and fell short of a professional repair on the second attempt, you’ve lost any credibility with me.

I had a great experience. It was a flook accident to have a tire hit me on the freeway and Caliber was awesome to find all the damages that took place during the initial impact. Very transparent and easy to understand the entire process. Very friendly staff too! The receptionist is the sweetest.
