Caliber Collision in Woods Cross was so great to work with. The staff is super nice and kind, and they made sure to keep me up dated on the progress of my vehicle every step of the way. The added bonus was that they took care of updating my insurance company and subsequently the car rental company. Car crashes can be incredibly stressful. The Woods Cross team and their top tier customer service made the fix it experience anxiety free.

Everything that is visible seems to be working great. Looking great. I don't seem to have any problem. However, there is a possible mechanical issue as since we've gotten the vehicle back we've had to top off the oil twice and we never had issues with the oil before

It was very meaningful to me that a driver would take me home after I delivered the car AND pick me up to retrieve my car. That allowed me freedom to not bother our children. I definitely did not want to add the expense of a rental car. The repair looks very nice. But I am not qualified to speak to that. The car was returned superbly clean!!! It needed that.

Caliber collision did a wonderful job. They were pleasant to work with their shop was clean and they did the work quickly and it looks great. My car was cleaner when I picked it up then it was when I dropped it off for sure.

Considering their 'technician' tried to destroy my AC compressor by overfilling it by a pound and a half of refrigerant, followed by underfilling my transmission by 3 quarts of ATF, not aligning the headlamps, and totally forgetting to hook up the fog lamps, I had to have another shop do $820 more work on it because I was not going to take it back to these bozos. I wasn't even going to post a review and was just going to let it go. But today, I got a $50 VISA gift card from them... where the code was ripped off and the money was already used. HAHAHA! What a clown show. DO NOT take your car to these fools.

Very happy with Caliber Collision from beginning to end. They assisted with getting to the rental car, they kept in touch on every step of the repair and when completed the car looked great. Also, returned the car rental there and left with my newly repaired vehicle. Highly recommend.
