Pretty great communication and process. But yall called me twice to tell me it was ready and then called me back to tell me it wasn’t. Pickup took us 45 minutes. Just feels like an unforced error.

Pretty office. I was treated cordially. We walked out to the lot and looked at the remains of my car and I was told the findings would be reported to Progressive Insurance. It was declared a total loss.

I answered a survey last Friday. I’m not satisfied or dissatisfied. Insurance company told me they were towing my car to caliber collision. So I said OK. At one point I drove out there and Scott just said he would report his findings to progressive. I had a little understanding of the process, and just told somebody to let me know. I would think this would be something between caliber collision and Progressive Insurance.

This is one of the best auto shop experiences I’ve ever had. From the receptionist, to the general manager, Marcy, I experienced the highest level of customer service. The work and the care that they put into each car and each customer is just exceptional. They updated me regularly, they went above and beyond to touch up a scratch that was not a part of my accident, they took care of my rental car and all the coordination and made this as seamless as possible. I’ll come back to them for any auto bodywork. 100/10

My experience with Caliber Collision exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Despite my being out of town on vacation and getting a late start, the entire process was handled with patience, professionalism, and excellent communication.. They were able to get my Honda into the shop and begin repairs according to my schedule, making the experience remarkably convenient. To my surprise, the repairs were completed and my vehicle was returned four days earlier than originally promised. They even provided transportation so I could pick up my rental car, which was an appreciated extra level of customer service. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding. My Honda looks like new, and the attention to detail is evident throughout the repair. The entire team demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. I have already done one of these My experience with Caliber Collision was exceptional from start to finish. Everyone was professional, courteous, and made the entire repair process easy and stress-free. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, they clearly explained what to expect and kept me informed throughout the repair process with timely updates. They even arranged transportation so I could pick up my rental car, making the experience even more convenient. To my surprise, my vehicle was completed several days earlier than originally estimated. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding—it looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor.
