We live in Kaysville and coordinated work there. Ashley was great at working up the quote and managing things with insurance company. Barry, General Manager, has been fantastic to work with in the post repair process making sure everything is 100% satisfactory. Our car was transported to the Draper facility for the repair. Susan in the Draper office was great in communicating everything all during the repair process.

It is because it turned my trust into disappointment. In addition, I found out this morning that the gas cap had detached from the fuel door. I wondered why and how.

To sum up, I was very disappointed with the qulity of their repair work and the estimator Darcy's inept handling of my truck repair. The reason I let them repair my car was that I've had good experiences here with the estimator Trinidee a few times in the past. But I guess any more.

Just when I thought my last interaction with Caliber couldn’t be topped, Darci and the staff turned it into an awesome experience. Darci was great to work with, and sent daily updates on the status of my vehicle. The area they fixed looks as good as it day I bought it. And was pleasantly surprised to see they vacuumed out my car as well. Thank you for that and for all your help in general.
