I appreciated the updates on my car. What was first going to get fixed to the windshield that was replace. The friendly service when I picked the car up. And the fact that I could leave my rental car there. Thank you very much for all who was involved in fixing the car.

The quality control is terrible. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle the seams didn’t match, the emblem wasn’t on straight, there was an unknown textured substance on the freshly painted fender and the door step is on backwards. The textured substance will not come off. I was told to bring the vehicle back to have the fender repainted and a rental would be provided. I attempted to schedule a time to bring the vehicle back and was informed that day would not work because the one and only person that can approve a rental vehicle is out of town. This process has already caused me to take two days off from work and will now cost me additional time.

Caliber Collision is a very professional business. My car was done in record time and looks great! I appreciated all the notifications that kept me informed of the progress towards the repairs being done. They were very professional to deal with.
