Anthony went above and beyond to find a piece for my son’s car that was backordered for months by Honda. He was kind and always explained everything about the process. Andi at the front desk was also so pleasant and kind on the phone. I hope we don’t need to use them again, but if we do, they’re the only place we’ll use.

Excellent customer service. Even got a ride home when I had no other car available. The vehicle was finished in a timely manner, we were given regular updates, and it looked great when finished. We have used Caliber before and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing auto body repairs.
