My rep here Tony, was responsive with all our communication from start to finish. This being my prized possession, having it been in an accident was terribly stressful but have constant feedback on the process of the repairs really helped. OEM parts and paint were used to make sure the car looked as good as new when the repairs were finished and I’m happy to say my baby is back on the road. The work performed was professional, and you could tell the guys here cared about how their work was presented. 10/10 would recommend

The part of the car that was Insurance claim actually looks really good.

The car was in for a small dent and scratch repair on the left rear bumper and quarter panel. Insurance claim. Since the car was getting worked on i asked for a quote to fix a small scratch on the other side of the bumper and a little paint correction on the same left quarter panel about 15" above the other Insurance clame damage. I figured since they will need to take the bumper off and do all the work it can't be too much more to fix the other damage as well. Boy was i wrong. The quote was ridiculous. They quoted taking of the bumper, scanning the car pre and post repair, and bunch of other items that they had to do anyways to repair the original Insurance claim. The estimated owner part of the repair ended up costing the same amount as the actual repair. Around $3000. The sad part is that when I got the car back all the areas were painted, except only the two spots that I didn't end up having them repair looked rippled. It's just poor business practice to try and up charge for minor repair that had to be done anyway. I was going to let this go until I found out that the central locking didn't work on the car after I got it back. I scanned the OBD and found out that the door lock sensor in the rear left door had a fault. I took the handle apart and found out that the tech never connected the sensor wire clips back to the handle, because he dropped them in the door and the only way to get them is to take the door plastic trim apart and fish the cables out. So he just popped the handle back in hoping customer wouldn't notice. No pride in workmanship whatsoever. So sad.

The updates by text were great saving me the hassle of having to cal land check up. My car looks brand new again. Thank you for taking such great care of my car and me!
