I’m happy with the final result but had issues with the lack of communication updates and leaving my cargo area of my car messy. The cover over the light area was left off and my personal items were scattered all over the cargo area. The biggest issue was no communication for a week. Because I hadn’t received any updates I called the following Monday and was told my car was in the paint shop and would be assembled when the paint dries so I could pick it up in 1-2 days. Waited for 2 days no communication so I called on Wednesday and was told you were waiting for a part to arrive and it might take a week. At this point I called Andrea and told her I was upset with lack of and being informed and I expected her to keep me informed and receiving miss information. I also told her I was going to let management know she wasn’t contacting me which seemed against your philosophy because I had a friend who had just had her car fixed there and she was kept very informed on a regular basis. Also I told her your Lobby signs make it clear to the public that you are transparent and keep customers updated. From that point forward she was good to keep me informed frequently and was very apologetic.

Keesha was so incredibly nice and understanding. She shook my hand and did a great job on my car. It looks awesome ! I came here last year, and I came back because they were all so friendly. I would definitely suggest anyone to come here. If I have any more fixes to do I’ll be back !
