The molding piece between the door and window on the rear door they was fixed seems loose or the clips broke as each end is poking up and won’t snap into place. Also looks like a piece of dust or lint under the paint near the handle on same door.

Depends on how they respond to the broken molding that wasn’t broken when I took the car in

The trim piece between the window and door on back passenger door is now lose/broke when it was fine when the car went into the shop. There are clips that hold the molding in place and the clip one both ends is broke or ? Because the corners don’t secure in place and they are always lifter up. Also it looks like there is a small speck of dirt or something under the paint or clear coat just under the handle of the back door that was repaired and painted.

Customer service was great. They kept me informed along the way of the repair of the car
