Having to wait months to get the correct part and being the one that is expected to reach out a different intervals is ridiculous. The communication was terrible. Parts ordering was wrong multiple times. How come the correct part could be ordered and installed the same day but it took 6 months to do multiple wrong installs.

I already filled out on of these and now I get texts and emails every day. This just adds to the incompetence of my experience.
