Truck was gone for a week. When I went to pick it up it had more dents in it than I dropped it off with. Took care of all the dents after another day and when I picked up my truck the windshield and passenger window were filthy, the tint was scratched on the passenger window, and the interior smelled like gasoline.

There was paint over spray on our new bumper my husband had to get off. We had some scratches on the top of our tailgate and they told us the whole tailgate would be painted. Scratches are still there. There is over spray all the way across the inside of our windshield from whatever they cleaned our dash with. There is broken plastic pieces in our truck bed they left from the repair. They plugged into the ODB2 sensor and left it hanging. Told us they would order our parts and we could bring the truck in when the parts came. 10 days later we found out the truck had to be on site for parts to be ordered so it prolonged our repair time. We would not recommend this shop.

Very good to work with. I was happy with the quality of work and paint match. I also appreciated that they told me of some additional damage on the car that was incurred by them ( a broken foglight) and they did not try to cover it up - they owned it and are making it right.

These people… the minute I walked through the door, I was immediately put at ease. The staff, from the office staff to the technicians and managers were beyond comforting, easy going and very compassionate. Now for the nit and grit…they came out swinging with professionalism. They had quoted me a month long repair and service and $4k plus in repairs. They notified me about every step of the process. They finished ahead of schedule and came in under their quoted price! The work completed, you can’t tell my car was ever in a wreck. My vehicle looks like it did when I first bought it. Thank you.

I spoke about orange peel multiple times before work began..I got orange peel paint... no way would i recommed nor return for more work.

First off the girl at the front counter I don’t know if her name is Audrey or Aubrey. I’m not sure but she is fantastic and then Dave got my parts ordered on Friday showed up on Monday. Had my car fixed in 40 minutes if I could recommend them higher, I would!!
