Gerber did an excellent job repairing our BMW, and the work was completed sooner than predicted. The true definition of going above and beyond came from General Manager, David. He personally drove to the BMW dealership on Thanksgiving Eve to secure a crucial part. This extraordinary effort meant we received our car the day after Thanksgiving, saving us at least another four days of waiting! Additionally, the team kept us consistently informed of the repair progress, allowing us to minimize our need for a rental car. Between the seamless communication, early completion, and David's dedication, Gerber not only provided excellent customer service but also delivered an impeccable repair. Highly recommend!
