I checked out another big collusion place in town first, the receptionist was rude, she basically told me they couldn’t do anything like answering questions or giving me details about what my Jeep might need or how they would repair it until I signed up with them through my insurance company.. Her attitude was horrible!! A young man did step up as I was leaving, he tried to help me, he just wasn’t very knowledgeable.. I went to talk to Gerber.. Christen was so Friendly and professional right from the start. She helped me understand the process.. And she handled All the paperwork and dealt with my insurance company as well.. Chase & John were so knowledgeable and pointed out what hail damaged I had and what they could do. Course they would know more when they actually put it under inspection.. My Jeep looks Fantastic and it had quit a bit of hail damage. These Folks are down to earth and truly value their customers. And their work stands out… I’ve already gotten Soooo many compliments on my Jeep.. Thanks Gerber💞

Communication was a 10 until the truck was finished. I had to call twice. Once the excuse was manager was completing paperwork and had to push for pick up time. Once they had my deductible it was like I didn’t exist. There was an issue that I fixed on my own

After getting in an accident, I took my car here to be serviced and fixed. Not only does my car look brand new again, but they also washed and detailed him for me! “Doc” was also only in the shop for about 8 days, and was finished earlier than expected! We will definitely be back in the future for repairs, this shop went above and beyond our expectations! Highly recommend!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff .. they did a fantastic job fixing my hail damage .. kept me up to date on progress. In the end my truck was in clean in and out and had That new car smell. I am totally satisfied

They were wonderful - Kristin kept me in the loop twice a week and they did a great job on my car. I did find some what looked like white paint "spray" on my black molding on the passenger side but that's not really big problem. I will see if I can get it off myself. Thank you.
