Being a single, elderly woman isn't totally comfortable when auto repairs or maintenance is necessary. But the courtesy and professionalism from Joe eased my mind. I immediately trusted him. He was interested in my situation and assured me he could help, explaining the options which might be available on my repair. Had a wonderful experience with the team at Gerber’s in Cleburne from the time I took my car for assessment to when they fixed everything. They offered communication through out the process on the status of the ordered parts. They even worked to finish my car early when I communicated I was going to out of town and needed it to be completed on time. I recommend them highly.

1st--Took them 3-4 Days to get the.part in, I understand the 1st part being wrong, but the next 2days with it not coming in at all,Should have sent someone after the part needed, took the old one to Compare it, and get back with it. 2nd--Other part is, I get home, Inspection my ride of their paint job and find some runs in thw paint... 3rd--They cleaned where they painted, and not the whole ride, the back end was still dusty from them buffing/Waxing it...and the Swerls can be seen from where the wax/polish was applied at. Can't rate the headlight work yet, see if takes in water cause I gott wait for the paint to set and its nowhere in the forecast for rain in this area...so we will see...

I would highly recommend you the last time I brought it to my sunvisor didn’t get broke there and I did call and it’s still broke, but I will get it taken care of, but as far as the part of the car they got hit by times y’all did an excellent job but somehow one of y’all broke the sunvisor but that’s OK. I highly recommend and appreciate the job that y’all did on my car.
