I needed pictures of my headlights to do a warranty replacement while truck was in shop (Light lets water in). When I called, Chloe answered and as I explained what I was needing, she already had my info pulled up on computer and said "I am looking at the photos and I see the water in the light". Immediately sent me the photos I needed.
