caliber staff was very helpful and friendly. The initially didn’t get back to me on eta of work as discussed at drop off but once I reached out, they were giving me daily updates vis text. They also set up a drop off and pick up with the nearby rental company which was convenient. They gave my vehicle back with the repair and looking great with a fresh wash and vacuumed interior!

OMG! Dee made sure he kept up with me on all the details. He is an amazing guy. Then I met Shannon, and he is amazing also. Never knew of this place before, course never needed a body shop before now. This will be my go to place if I need anything or anyone else does.
