I would say I was completely satisfied but I'm waiting for a replacement part. My 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee required a fender molding, the installed item was scratched and a replacement piece was backordered. I accepted my Jeep with the promise that when the new molding came in, I would be notified, I could drop by without appointment to have it installed. So "complete satisfaction" is more like 99.99% until the part is installed. I think Gerber Collision did a great job!

Paul did a very nice and careful job putting my car back together! But, I am not happy at all with how the paint job turned out!! The guy who did it was not careful! I wish I would have known my car would get a rush job, I would have chose to go somewhere else.

I was very impressed with the communication as well as the quality up until I picked up my car. After I picked up my car my check engine light came on and my blinker didn't work. I left a message and I never heard back from them.
