My only complaint is that I received a text that my car would be ready on Aug 16, then on Friday, Aug 2 Patrick called to tell me my car would be ready that afternoon. It was difficult to reschedule my activities for that afternoon, though It was nice to not have to rent a car for so many days.

They did a spectacular job on my car. They had it for a week because I hit a raccoon that dove in front of my car and damaged my bumper. They were very good at communicating and explained everything very thoroughly from when I dropped off the car all the way to the end. Your vehicle is in great hands.

This was my first time dealing with a car accident. I was calling around to hopefully get an estimate for my car. I called up Gerber. Kayla was able to book me an appointment the next day. About 30 minutes later, Patrick called me and wanted to know more about my situation. This was enough for me to do my business at Gerber and not look elsewhere. Patrick and Kayla were by my side the whole time. They definitely deserve a pay raise. Car was brand new after 3 days. Amazing work
