The associate at the front desk was first rate. She communicated with State Farm and Enterprise for me, so I didn't have to. The Msnager gave me a ride in her personal vehicle to Enterprise Rental Car. The repair was completed before the promise date. Overall, a great experience. I highly recommend Gerber, Cullman AL.

Everything was explained in a way I could understand and everyone was nice and easy to deal with. Had never heard of this shop before my accident but i have recommended them already to others

They answered any questions I had and even when something didn't sound right to me they listened and pulled the car back and gave everything a check over. This is a great place to grt work done. I hope to not need any more repairs but I will be back if the unavoidable happens again
