I called my insurance on Saturday, walked into Gerber the following Monday morning and they had all my data already. The Adjustor (Billy) walked me through all steps and the estimate. I dropped the car off the next day and they got started. They kept me up to date through texts & calls every Tue & Thurs. Slight delay while they waited for a part (fender), but within a couple of weeks I had my wife's car back on the road good as new.
