Man that handled my case talked to me about my truck as the plastic part came in to put on top of my tailgate. he showed interest in me by asking what I did for a living. Made me fill.Like a Good friend. Next day when I picked the truck up same situation all good communication.

This was the easiest process. Gerber made it so easy and seamless. David was amazing from start to finish. He was so kind and explained everything and the process very well. The other staff at Gerber were also very kind and courteous. I’ve heard horror stories about collision centers and people not getting their cars back for months. Gerber had my car back to me ahead of the scheduled time they initially gave me. Overall, this was a wonderful experience. I would use this company over and over! Thank you!
