My headlight was replaced and the new light is dimmer than the old light. I feel that when they installed the light it should have been looked at and they would of noticed the difference

I called before my car was suppose to be repaired about a repair I needed done they said that they would fix the damage while fixing the other damages I also talked the receptionist the day that I bought the car to be repaired she told me that they would reach out to me and let me know how much the repair would cost the day before I was suppose to pick my car up I called again to see if it had been repaired the person that I talked told me that he would check it out when it came back to the shop when I went to pick me car up the repair had not been done
