Came to pick up my car paid my deductible got out to my car and my bumper wasn’t even on my car correctly. Very unsatisfied that you would send me away with an incomplete job on my Vehicle if I wouldn’t have said anything you were going to allow me to leave with my Vehicle and it wasn’t completed!!!! For the customer to point out that the bumper wasn’t attached correctly is ridiculous!!!!What was even worse was that the technician said oh yeah that’s because of the bracelet which means they were aware that it wasn’t on correctly and was ok with sending the costumer away with it like that!!! Ridiculous!!!!!!!

Lane my advisor was outstanding! Lane kept me informed about the status of my truck and what they were doing and when it would be completed. Lane dealt with the insurance company and kept me in the loop of what they were doing and thoroughly explained everything to me so I understood. You are lucky to have Lane he was an outstanding representative for Gerber and I will refer anyone I can to Gerber, because of Lanes outstanding service!
