Linda was absolutely fabulous to work with. She really cares about the customer and to do a perfect repair. I was out of town for almost two weeks and said I needed the car to be finished by 8/28 and it was finished by 8/27. They run a great shop on Colo Blvd!

The work was done perfectly and finished in time when I came back from a trip. I didn’t have to arrange to rent a car. And Linda did this even when having to acquire a second door that wasn’t in the original estimate. Linda is a dream to work with.

My car was vandalized—the windshield was badly broken and the car was also dented. It was already a very stressful situation, but Linda made the entire process so much easier for me. Because there was a hole in my windshield and heavy rain was expected throughout the week, I was really worried. I didn’t have anywhere covered to keep my car, so I called Linda and asked if there was any way I could bring it in early just so it would have shelter from the rain. Without hesitation, she helped me. One thing she said that I will always remember was, **“I like helping out people.”** That alone showed me what kind of person she is. From that point on, I felt comfortable trusting Linda with everything. She consistently kept me updated about my car, explained what was happening, and made sure I knew how the repairs were progressing. I never felt like I had to chase anyone for an update. When I finally got my car back, I was so happy with the result. Not only was the damage repaired, but my car was incredibly clean and had even been washed. It felt so good getting it back after everything that happened. Linda is genuinely kind, caring, professional, and someone who goes above and beyond for her customers. The rest of the staff were wonderful as well. What started as such a stressful experience ended with me feeling extremely grateful for how well I was treated. Gerber Collision is an auto body shop I would absolutely trust with my vehicle again. If you ever find yourself in an unfortunate situation with your car, I highly recommend Linda and her team. **I would recommend them a million times over.
